Overview
Use the CSV import feature in Packiyo to create orders with multiple SKUs efficiently.
Process
1. Download the CSV template
Go to Imports in Packiyo and select the Orders import.
Download the latest CSV template. Do not use an older copy or rename, move, or delete any headers.
2. Verify products and account details
Ensure every SKU already exists as a product in Packiyo.
Confirm warehouse and shipping method names match the account exactly.
3. Fill out the template
Enter one row per SKU.
For an order with 70 SKUs, complete 70 rows.
Remove or replace the sample row labeled TEST ORDER before uploading.
4. Save the file
Save the completed file as CSV (.csv), not Excel (.xlsx).
Verify that spreadsheet tools have not removed leading zeros from any SKUs.
5. Upload the CSV
Return to Imports in Packiyo.
Select the Orders import, choose your completed CSV file, and start the import.
6. Review the results
Once the import finishes, check the number of successfully imported and failed records.
If any records fail, open the error report from the Imports page.
Review the failed rows and the reasons provided, correct the issues, and re-upload the affected rows.
Important Notes
Always download the latest template directly from Packiyo.
Do not modify or remove the template headers.
Confirm all SKUs exist before importing.
Always remove the sample row before uploading.
Review the import results and resolve any errors to ensure all orders are created successfully.
