This guide applies if you use bundles, duo packs, or any configuration where multiple items need to be included under one SKU.
When You Need Kit SKUs
Kit SKUs are needed when:
A single order line item should result in multiple physical items being picked
You sell bundle/variety packs
You offer gift sets that combine several products
You have subscription boxes with multiple items
How to Create Kit SKUs
Individual Kit SKU
Navigate to Inventory → Products
Search for and Select the SKU
Edit Type from “Regular” to “Static Kit”
Hit Save
Scroll down to “Component”
Add Component SKUs
The SKUs + Their Quantity per Kit
Hit Save
Always ensure you’ve clicked save!
CSV Bulk Upload
For adding a component to an existing kit:
Navigate to Settings > Manage Kits.
Select the kits to which you'd like to add components.
Click the Export button to download the CSV file.
After updating the CSV file with the new components, import it back into the system to apply the changes to the kits you've modified.
For adding a new kit:
Navigate to Settings > Manage Kits.
Click the Export button to download the CSV file, which will serve as your template for adding a new kit.
After updating the CSV with the kit details, import it back into the system to apply the changes
