Packiyo supports bulk data uploads via CSV for purchase orders, orders, products, and kit SKUs. Below are the templates with highlighted required columns and tips on how to import into Packiyo.
How to Upload CSV File
Navigate to the either:
The relevant section in Packiyo (Orders, Inventory, or Shipments)
The Imports and select the import type
Click the Import button
The button will be in the top right of the page looking like this:
You will be redirected to the Imports page
The data will automatically process and let you know if it is successful on the Imports page and via email update
If there are failed imports, you will receive an error report
Large datasets may take anywhere longer to upload, depending on file size
Tips for CSV Uploads
Highlighted columns in each template below are required — others are optional
Double-check SKU names and quantities before uploading
Save files in CSV format (not Excel)
Test with a small batch before doing a full upload
Be sure that barcodes have not been changed - Excel may convert to scientific notation
